WILD Flavors Acquires Alfrebro, Expands Health Focus

ERLANGER, Ky.WILD Flavors, Inc. has acquired Alfrebro, LLC, to further its flavors, extracts and aromas development for the food and beverage market, and to strengthen its health and wellness initiatives.

The opportunities with Alfrebro represent vertical integration, access to new flavor ingredients, increased manufacturing capabilities and additional cost savings," said Vince Macciocchi, COO, WILD Flavors.

The acquisition represents WILD's investment in the expansion of its global business. Earlier this year, WILD announced its equity partnership with Amazon Flavors in Brazil to establish local production capacity while expanding its development base in the growth market.
