AEB Offers Egg Science & Technology Lesson Plan

PARK RIDGE, Ill.The American Egg Board is now offering academic institutions and food science professionals the newest version of its instructional Egg Science & Technology Lesson Plan, volume 2, providing the latest information about eggs and egg products, adaptable to food science, technology and culinary curriculum.
The lesson plan was prepared and produced under the supervision of an editorial board of scientists and educators. Materials include a PowerPoint on CD with slides and comprehensive notes, an Egg Product Reference CD filled with scientific-based information, as well as summaries of egg product research, nutritional information and reference data.
Also included is "Eggs 101" a video project DVD designed to educate consumers of the egg industry's good animal care practices and an egg reference binder with 185 pages of information.
