Chr. Hansen Expands Probiotics Production Facilities

HORSHOLM, DenmarkGlobal enzymes and probiotics supplier Chr. Hansen announced its expansion of production facilities for probiotics.

The company will introduce a new freeze-drying plant for probiotic cultures in Denmark and it will feature new modern offices and a maintenance workshop. The new plant will focus on improving work conditions by incorporating a number of different work stations that have been pre-approved by occupational health and safety standards.

The plant will also give visitors an opportunity to observe main operations and equipments during production processes.
