KANSAS CITY Mo.Two cultured dairy productsan apple  parfait from YoCrunch and a fruit-and-fiber yogurt from Sensient Flavors LLCwere named the most innovative dairy products of the year during the IFDA Milk and Cultured Dairy Products symposium that took place April 24-26 in Kansas City, Mo. The competition was sponsored by TIC Gums of White Marsh, Md., a supplier of texturizers and stabilizers.
