Greek Frozen Yogurt Concepts Complement Formulas

NEW BERLIN, Wis.Denali Ingredients developed a line of Greek frozen yogurt concepts to provide dairy manufacturers with the complement formulas, stabilizers and flavor ingredients necessary to begin manufacturing Greek frozen yogurts. Prototype samples are available in three primary flavor concepts, including Vanilla Honey Cinnamon Swirl, Blueberry Cheesecake and Raspberry Chocolate Chunk. Also offered is a stabilizer system, Ideal 680, formulated to work for Greek frozen yogurt products.
