Ticaloid® Saucier from TIC Gums stabilizes and enhances a variety of sauce-type applications. Ticaloid Saucier provides excellent emulsification, thickening, and suspension characteristics while also adding cling. Typical usage level range is from 1.25 - 2.0%, depending on the desired viscosity.
