Lyc-O-Mato Red is low in sugar, has minimal effect upon the taste of a finished product, delivers three times more lycopene than ordinary tomato paste, and can be used to fortify a wide variety of foods and beverages including breads, confectionary, cereals, soy-based meat substitutes and smoothies.
