Main Street Acquired by Agropur Dairy Co-op

LA CROSSE, Wisc.Main Street Ingredients was acquired by Agropur, a Canadian dairy cooperative with over 5,600 employees and 27 plants in Canada, the U.S. and Argentina.

Becoming part of the Agropur organization gives Main Street Ingredients broader resources and expertise to continue its impressive growth and innovation, serving food industry customers around the world," says Main Streets current CEO, Dave Clark.

Main Street will operate under its own licensed name and will continue to be overseen by the current president, Bill Schmitz.
