Freddie Ann Hoffman, M.D., HeteroGeneity CEO, will explore U.S. regulation and marketing considerations (think: market category differences, return on investment, and controls and claims substantiation).

 John Endres, N.D., can help attendees jump regulatory hurdles in his session “Probiotics for Functional Food and Dietary Supplements.” AIBMR Life Sciences’ chief scientific officer will discuss the science and safety necessary to meet structure-function claims and FTC’s “truthful and not misleading” requirement.
