Thetechnology used in the new extractors is the same used in the photographicindustry for chemical agitation, using pressure and forced percolationtechniques. The new extractors can accommodate more plants and plantparts, and are capable of extracting active ingredients from flowers, leaves,fruits, bark, roots, buds, seeds and stems from aromatic, condiment andmedicinal plants, according to Timatic.
