BDM Selling Ingredients for Bio Nutra

SARASOTA, Fla.—Under an exclusive licensing arrangement, BDM Biotechnologies LLC will assume worldwide distribution and sales of the berry extract line of ingredients from Bio Nutra Technologies, Doug Mann and Insure Your Health. Branded ingredients include Cran-Max®, Blue-Max®, Bil-Max®, Berry-Max®, Cherry-Max® and Elder-max®. BDM has a number of new products under development but will immediately launch a Cran-Max product line, including Cran-Max chews, developed in conjunction with its marketing partner, Proprietary Nutritionals Inc., a subsidiary of Pharmachem Laboratories Inc., Kearny, N.J.
