MORENO VALLEY, Calif.—E-commerce company iHerb announced that it is now accepting the Euro for online sales to customers in 18 European countries.

The company implemented major changes to its website for European transactions, allowing customers to use their local currency when buying products. Besides being more convenient, it can also save money for customers who may pay a foreign exchange fee.

Last year, iHerb launched Alipay in China and the company is also accepting the Australian dollar in Australia. The company said it will soon announce plans to complete transactions with the Japanese Yen and Korean Won.

As an online retailer, iHerb also has earned a Google Trusted Store designation, and its mobile applications are translated into six different languages. iHerb ships to more than 150 different countries.
