Lane Labs Acquires Japanese Manufacturer

ALLENDALE, N.J.Lane Labs USAInc. purchased the Japanese distributor of 3A Calcium Kabushiki Kaisha (3ACalcium KK) from Fujix Inc; Lane Labs was already the largest seller of Fujixproducts worldwide, with sales from those items representing approximately $10million annually to Lane Labs. The acquisition positions Lane Labs to furtherexpand its line of dietary supplement products into Japan. In addition, LaneLabs also acquired worldwide exclusive distribution rights for Fujix products.
