FAIRFIELD, Calif.Scientific Food Solutions (SFS) signed a trademark license and material supply agreement with Nutritional Impact Corp. (NIC), Toronto, to allow NIC to provide SFSs patent-pending vitamin C ingredient, FAST-C, in a soft gel delivery form to the U.S. and Canadian markets.

We spent years developing FAST-C, conducting clinical studies, and working on partnerships to strategically introduce this innovative product that we believe will eclipse other vitamin C ingredients, said Gretchen Reece, president, SFS.

Gary Kozai, NICs COO and director of product development, added, We are thrilled and honored to have been given the opportunity to be the first company to offer FAST-C soft gels to the marketplace. Our partnership with Scientific Food Solutions and their innovative ingredient FAST-C is another example of NICs continued commitment to deliver tangible value to our clients. By pairing FAST-C with our unique, proprietary soft gel delivery system, the FAST-C product will be differentiated when compared to competing brands.
