WHITE MARSH,Md.—TIC Gums will showcase Ticaloid Pro Series, its newly developed hydrocolloid systems for ready-to-drink protein drinks, at SupplySide West.

Ticaloid Pro 410 is designed for lower dairy-based protein systems and creates an indulgent consumer experience by increasing the viscosity and heaviness of the end product. Ticaloid Pro 432 works well for higher dairy-based protein systems or systems with increased suspension requirements.

The new systems are used to not only stabilize protein concentrations, but also to prevent sedimentation of other difficult-to-suspend ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals and cocoa powder.
