Vitamer Labs Donates to Vitamin Angels

IRVINE, Calif.Vitamer Labs donated 11 million childrens multivitamins to the Vitamin Angel Alliance to benefit the organizations outreach efforts in Honduras. Using ingredients donated by DSM Nutritional Products, Domino Specialty Ingredients and Ingredients International, the contract manufacturer processed the multivitamins and shipped them to Vitamin Angels for distribution to malnourished children in Honduras.

Vitamer pledged to manufacture at least 11 million childrens multivitamins a year for Vitamin Angels programs; the companys retail accounts can participate by pledging a percentage of sales of their store brand, private label supplements provided by Vitamer to go to charitable programs, including Vitamin Angels.

Vitamin Angels was established in 1994, and has distributed more than 350 million vitamins and other supplements in 82 countries around the world.
