Vitamin Angels Launches Ad in Times Square

SANTA BARBRA, Calif. Vitamin Angels launched a 15-second promotional video on Toys'R'Us GeofferyTron in New York's Times Square.

Vitamin Angels is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization distributing vitamins and minerals to children and mothers in need globally.

The ad will run four times an hour, 24 hours a day to help raise awareness for the charity and its work.

Located at 1514 Broadway between 44th and 45th streets, the Toys'R'Us GeofferyTron has the only bi-directional screen in Times Square, where approximately 1.5 million people pass through daily; an estimated 550 million people traverse the landmark annually.

"Seeing Vitamin Angels live in Times Square reaffirms what we know to be true, that vitamins are lifesaving and life changing and we are thrilled to have this new platform to underscore our belief that vitamins are a centerpiece of global health," Howard Schiffer, president and founder of Vitamin Angels.

Supporters are encouraged to take a photo or video of the themselves in front of the screen while the Vitamin Angels video is running and tag #vitaminangels on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
