Zila Expands Ester-C® Business

PHOENIX--Zila Nutraceuticals Inc. (www.zila.com) signed an agreement with Seoul-based Lohaspia Inc. to distribute Zila's Ester-C® ingredient in Korea and Taiwan. According to Zila, the Korean and Taiwan markets are among the top five largest markets for vitamins outside of the United States and have been growing rapidly. Douglas D. Burkett, Ph.D., chairman, chief executive officer (CEO) and president of Zila Inc. said: "The introduction of Ester-C into Korea and Taiwan represents significant progress in the execution of Zila Nutraceuticals' aggressive international growth plan.
